Things To Note:
- This plan will provide you with a week worth of Strength and endurance training, will consist of 5 days per week
-This plan is designed for complete beginners to fitness, who wish to get started in all aspects of training.
-You will NOT require a gym for this plan, it will incorporate bodyweight resistance exercises. You only require the following equipment; bar to do pull-ups, backpack OR weighted vest and a skipping rope!
